Cookie policy

Last updated: 6 November 2026.

Summary

The shop does not use advertising or statistics cookies, and it has no Google Analytics or Facebook pixel. That is why we do not show you a notice asking for consent.

What we use

Basket. The products you choose are kept in your browser’s local storage, so that you do not lose them. It is not a cookie, it is not sent to us while you browse and it stays there until you clear it.

Account session. If you log in to your account, we use necessary cookies to keep you logged in, for up to 30 days or until you log out.

Administration session. The shop’s management area uses a cookie to keep the session logged in. It only exists for those who manage the shop, never for customers.

Third-party services

Payments. When you pay by card, you are redirected to the ifthenpay page, which may use its own cookies to process the transaction securely.

Product images. These are loaded from the HealthyPlanet website, which receives your IP address in that request, as happens with any image on the Internet.

How to control them

You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you clear the data for this shop, your basket will be emptied and you will be logged out of your account.

Changes

If we start using statistics or advertising cookies, we will update this page beforehand and start asking for your consent.
