Shipping and returns
Shipping
We ship to Portugal, including the islands, and to mainland Spain and France.
Shipping to mainland Portugal: €4.99 per order, €3.00 from €30.00, free from €65.00.
Madeira and São Miguel: €12.50 up to 10 kg, or €7.50 on orders from €65.00, plus €0.50 for each kg above 10 kg.
Other islands of the Azores: €17.00 up to 10 kg, or €12.00 on orders from €65.00, plus €2.50 for each kg above 10 kg.
On the islands, shipping is free from €250.00, and shipment is by boat up to 20 kg. The amount always appears before you pay.

In Spain and France, shipping is free from €350.00. We do not ship to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Corsica, French overseas territories or Monaco.
Usual delivery time, after the payment is confirmed: 5 working days in Portugal, 4 in Spain and 9 in France.
Some products come from our stock and others are ordered from HealthyPlanet, so an order may arrive in more than one delivery.
Returns (right of withdrawal)
If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason (Decree-Law 24/2014, Article 10). To do so, all you need is an unequivocal statement sent to geral@essenciaviva.pt, with the order number. You can use the model form below, but it is not compulsory.
For health and hygiene reasons, the law excludes sealed products that have been opened after delivery. For this reason, we do not accept the return of cosmetics, perfumes or supplements that have been opened or whose seal has been broken.
After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the product to us, to the address shown in this shop. The cost of returning it is yours to pay, unless the product arrived damaged or is not what you ordered.
We refund the amount paid, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days of your notice, using the same means of payment, unless you agree to another. We may wait until we receive the product or until you send us proof that you have returned it, whichever happens first.

Damaged or wrong product
Write to us at geral@essenciaviva.pt with a photograph of the product and the packaging in the first few days after delivery. We will replace it or refund the amount at no cost to you.
