Data deletion

How to request it

Write to geral@essenciaviva.pt from the email you used for the order or account, with the order number, if you have it. We reply within 30 days.

What we delete

We delete your account and the personal data we are no longer required to keep, including messages that are no longer needed.

What we cannot delete

Order and invoicing data is kept for ten years, due to a tax obligation. We may also retain what is needed to deal with a complaint or an ongoing dispute.

Basket

The basket is only in your browser. To delete it, clear the data for this site in your browser settings.
