This synergy combines the benefits of rosemary, lemon and cistus essential oils.

Cistus essential oil is a rich and super complex balsamic oil. It is extracted directly from the branches and leaves of the cistus tree (Cistus

ladaniferus), by steam distillation. It is an essential oil, based on popular reports, particularly suitable for use in meditation and reflection, as it is highly emotion-balancing.

Rosemary oil is very stimulating, which is why it is described as being useful for supporting focus and concentration, particularly beneficial at times of academic exams and intense work.

Lemon essential oil is known for boosting good mood.

With this synergy, you have a great option for times of intense study and work.

How to use:

Aromatic: In diffusers and nebulizers, use 7 drops per 500ml of water.

Topic: Never apply pure essential oil to the skin. When incorporating massage oils, use a maximum of 10 drops of essential oil per 100ml of base oil. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
