This is a synergy that combines the properties of two types of lavender, angustifolia and rosemary, an excellent option for those who need a helping hand to sleep better.

Rosemary is the traditional Iberian lavender, whose characteristic aroma reminds us of springtime in the mountains, with its processions and pilgrimages. It has the same properties and uses as lavender (although it is less well known and valued), but its high fenchone content and consequent toxicity limits its use to external applications.

How to use:

Aromatic: In diffusers and nebulizers, use 7 drops per 500ml of water.

Topic: Never apply pure essential oil to the skin. When incorporating massage oils, use a maximum of 10 drops of essential oil per 100ml of base oil. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
